  1. Click MAKE PAYMENT
  2. Select 4TH IFRC 2026 SPONSORSHIP in the PAYMENT FOR dropdown
  3. Complete the compulsory payment details
  4. Click PAY  
  5. Your official receipt will be automatically generated. 

Method 2: Bank Transfer or Cheque

  1. Fill in the Cheque with payment information to:
    Account name: KIRA-KIRA AM UPM
    Bank: CIMB Bank Berhad
    Account number: 80-0215196-3
  2. Submit a copy of the Cheque Transfer form to 4thifrc2026@upm.edu.my and copy aliah_mohsin@upm.edu.my (Dr. Aliah Zannierah Binti Mohsin, Head of Finance Committee, 4th International Food Research Conference 2026).
  3. UPM Bursar will issue a receipt.
  4. The Organizing Committee will email the receipt to the company.

Method 3: Invoice/ Purchase Order

  1. Submit a copy of the Purchase Order or Guarantee Letter to 4thifrc@upm.edu.my and copy aliah_mohsin@upm.edu.my (Dr. Aliah Zannierah Binti Mohsin, Head of Finance Committee, 4th International Food Research Conference 2026)
  2. UPM Bursar will issue a receipt.
  3. The UPM Bursar will email the invoice to the company, and the company must make payment within 30 days.
