Our Background

Following the huge success of the 1st IFRC 2017, 2nd IFRC 2019, and 3rd IFRC 2024, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) through the Faculty of Food Science and Technology (FSTM), as the country’s forerunner institution in food and agriculture, is once again taking the initiative to organise the 4th IFRC 2026.

Aims

To provide food researchers with the opportunity to exchange their opinions and views, as well as present their recent findings and innovations in the field of food, and identify the role of public-private partnership (public-private partnership) towards the sustainability of the food industry and food security by enhancing research collaboration, innovation, commercialisation, and internationalisation.
